We’ve got some important news to share about our local delivery service. As you know, your unwavering support has been instrumental in helping us grow into the vibrant, community-centered company we are today. Thanks to you, we’re scaling new heights—and with growth comes the opportunity to fine-tune how we serve you best.

Streamlining Deliveries for Maximum Efficiency

Starting the week of January 6th, we’ll be moving to a three-day-a-week local delivery schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

This change is all about finding efficiencies while ensuring we continue to offer the same free delivery you know and love here in Niagara. By consolidating our delivery days, we can:

• Serve you better by streamlining routes and optimizing our time.
• Grow sustainably to meet the increasing demand for your favorite pet foods, treats, and supplements.
• Reduce our environmental footprint with fewer trips, which means greener deliveries for our planet.

How This Affects Your Orders

We’ve made this transition as smooth and seamless as possible. Here’s what you need to know:

• Next Available Delivery Day: Orders placed will now automatically be scheduled for delivery on the next delivery day (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday). For example, if you place an order on Thursday, it will arrive on Friday. Easy peasy!
  
  
• Subscription Orders: Don’t worry! All subscription deliveries will follow the new schedule, arriving on the next available delivery day to keep your pantry stocked and your pets happy.
  
  
• Special Requests: If you have an urgent need outside the regular schedule, reach out to us. While we can’t promise off-day deliveries, we’ll do our best to find a solution.
