Local Delivery Policy

We are proud to offer local delivery to our community! Please review our delivery guidelines based on your region to ensure a smooth experience.

Flat Fee: A $12.00 flat fee applies to all deliveries in these regions.
Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery on orders over $120.00 (before taxes).
Schedule: Deliveries for this region are made every Wednesday.

Same-Day Delivery: While we always strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee same-day delivery.
Notifications: You will receive two automated updates via email:
1. Out for Delivery: Sent when your order has left our shop.
2. Delivered: Sent once your order has been successfully dropped off.

Sometimes things out of our control (like extreme weather or vehicle issues) happen.

Cancellations: If we need to cancel a delivery route, we will notify affected customers via email and post an update on our social media channels.
Rescheduling: Cancelled deliveries will typically be automatically rescheduled for the next available delivery day for your region.

Failed Attempts: If we cannot safely complete a delivery, we will notify you and reach out to coordinate a new time or date.
Drop-off Location: By default, we leave orders at your front door. Please use the "Additional Instructions" at checkout for specific placement.
Summer Delivery Tip ☀️: In warmer months, we highly suggest leaving a cooler in a shaded location and noting its placement in your instructions to keep products fresh.
