We are proud to offer Free Local Delivery to our community across the Niagara Region! Please review our delivery guidelines below to ensure a smooth experience.
Local deliveries are made three days a week:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Same-Day Delivery: While we always strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee same-day delivery.
Notifications: You will receive two automated updates via email:
Out for Delivery: Sent when your order has left our shop.
Delivered: Sent once your order has been successfully dropped off.
Sometimes things out of our control (like extreme weather or vehicle issues) happen.
Cancellations: If we need to cancel a delivery route, we will notify affected customers via email and post an update on our social media channels.
Rescheduling: Cancelled deliveries will typically be automatically rescheduled for the next available delivery day.
If we are unable to safely complete a delivery:
Failed Attempts: You will be notified if a delivery attempt was unsuccessful.
Coordination: Our team will reach out to you to coordinate a new time or date to ensure you get your order.
Where will you leave my package? By default, we will leave your order at your front door or in a safe location. If you have a specific spot in mind, please include it in the "Additional Instructions" at checkout.
Summer Delivery Tip
During the warmer summer months, we highly suggest leaving a cooler in a safe, shaded location and noting its placement in your delivery instructions. This helps ensure your products stay fresh and protected from the heat until you can bring them inside.
