We are always here for you in the store. If you have a quick question while grabbing treats or want to chat about a minor concern on our socials, please reach out! We love those daily connections. However, when you feel like you’re hitting a wall or your pet has complex needs, that’s where our Personalized Pet Consultations come in. These are designed for a "deep dive"—a dedicated time where we pull apart the details, look at the big picture, and build a custom roadmap for your pet’s vitality.

Two Paths, One Mission

Our team brings a unique "left brain meets right brain" approach to pet health that you won’t find in a typical pet shop:

• Grace has spent over 15 years immersed in the world of high-level sport and agility for both dogs and horses. When you’ve spent over a decade watching how an animal’s body moves and recovers under pressure, you develop an intuitive understanding of wellness that goes far beyond a textbook.

• Jen is our resident "Woman in STEM." With a background in Geoscience, Geology, and Geochemistry, plus a Master’s in Sustainable Engineering, she looks at holistic wellness through a literal microscope. She doesn’t just want to know if something works; she applies engineering logic to understand the molecular "how."

We’re Not Your Vet (And We Don’t Want To Be)

There is a common misconception that holistic wellness is "anti-vet." At Little Chief & Co., we believe the exact opposite.

We are not here to replace your veterinarian. We are here to work collaboratively with them. Think of us as your pet’s wellness advocates and your personal researchers. While your vet is there for diagnostics and acute care, we are here to support the day-to-day lifestyle, nutrition, and preventative care that helps your pet thrive between those visits. We are bridging the knowledge gap.
