Store Credit Terms
Store credit is promotional in nature, has no cash value, is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be used within 60 days of the consultation.

Consultation Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Consultation times are reserved specifically for you. If you need to make a change, please let us know as soon as possible.
Consultations may be rescheduled once at no charge with at least 24 hours notice.
If a consultation is rescheduled a second time, the appointment becomes non-refundable.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.
Missed appointments or no-shows are not eligible for refund or store credit.

Consultations must be scheduled and completed within 30 days of purchase.
