Red Dog Blue Kat

Foundations Raw Lamb Recipe

Like beef, lamb is great source of iron, zinc and B vitamins. It also contains a high amount of omega 3 fats and conjugated linoleic acid which helps to improve lean muscle mass. Lastly, it contains several antioxidant amino acids including taurine and glutathione. It’s a great alternative for dogs that may have sensitivities to beef since it contains many of the same nutrients that beef does but with a slightly higher fat content. Lamb is a great option for working breeds that need to gain some weight.

Great option in the winter due to its warming properties, but should be limited in the summer months when external temperatures are on the rise.

Be careful with lamb if your pet has any history of pancreatic disease, due to its high fat content.

Red, yellow and green veggies are a great source of antioxidants and phytonutrients for your pet. Ours are blended for maximum absorption.

Lamb and Veggie meals are made from human grade, non-medicated lamb meat and lamb organs, as well as organic vegetables. This is the fattiest of all Red Dog Blue Kat meals. It’s great for high-energy dogs, as well as underweight dogs and puppies. “Ewe’ll” love the difference it makes in your pup!

SAFETY & HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS

Keep product frozen until ready to use. Defrost package in a leak-proof container (reduces the risk of cross contamination!) and leave in the refrigerator for 24 hours, or until soft through. We recommend serving in a stainless steel bowl as it is easier to clean, and does not have surface pores that may collect bacteria. Partially eaten food should be put back into the refrigerator after 20 minutes. Wash hands, utensils and all contact surfaces with soap and hot water.

*Poultry should not be kept longer than 2 days.
*Red meats & fish should not be kept longer than 3 days.
