  • Minimum Order: Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders over $120.00 (before taxes).

  • Weight Limit: Free shipping applies to standard orders weighing up to 15lbs.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $120.00, or those exceeding the weight limit, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and parcel weight.

Shipping Restrictions

To ensure your products arrive in the best possible condition and to manage shipping logistics, the following items are not eligible for standard shipping:

  • Frozen Items: We do not ship frozen products to ensure food safety and quality.

  • Heavy Items (15lbs+): We do not ship heavy bags of food (15lbs or more) or oversized equipment via our standard shipping carriers.

Custom Shipping Solutions: If you are outside our local delivery zone and wish to order a 15lb bag or other heavy items, please contact us directly! We are happy to look into custom shipping solutions on an order-by-order basis to see if we can get Little Chief products to your door.

Timing & Expectations

  • Processing: While we always strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee same-day shipping.

  • Notifications: You will receive automated updates via email:
