Our Meal Planning Consultation focuses specifically on your pet’s diet and feeding routine. This includes reviewing current food, treats, toppers, and supplements, identifying gaps or excesses, and helping you understand how different feeding approaches may support your pet’s individual needs.

After purchase, we will contact you to schedule the best time for your consultation. You will also receive a short questionnaire to help us understand your pet’s needs and concerns so we can make the session as personalized and effective as possible.

After your consultation, you’ll receive written follow-up notes outlining suggested feeding approaches and considerations, plus one follow-up email if questions come up as you implement changes.

Consultation Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Consultation times are reserved specifically for you. If you need to make a change, please let us know as soon as possible.

• Consultations may be rescheduled once at no charge with at least 24 hours notice.

• If a consultation is rescheduled a second time, the appointment becomes non-refundable.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.

• Missed appointments or no-shows are not eligible for refund or store credit.

• Consultations must be scheduled and completed within 30 days of purchase.
